All Murco units are fully tested prior to shipment and so any difficulty, which arises, may be due to transport, installation problems or site difficulties i.e. high temperature, high humidity, and / or other gases present.
It is very rare for a unit to fail and so most problems can be solved on site and this saves the operator removing the unit and returning it to us. We are happy to provide support to customers. Please contact us and let us help you.
We need to establish the nature of the problem so that we can help. It is possible to misinterpret what is happening. Referring to the manual for the particular product and answering the questions of the type below can often solve the problem.
What is happening?
Is it a fault?
Is it a false alarm?

If the calibration set pots have been moved or adjusted they can be reset, contact us for instructions.
