Vent Pipe Indoor
We offer the vent pipe to monitor weeping from pressure relief valves or similar gas leaks in normal pressure pipes or gas levels in airflows in pipes.
The sensor head is fitted into a threaded gunbarrel fitting 1” BSP (brass option shown). It is then wired back to the sensor PCB.
The fitting 1” BSP screws into a tee on the vent pipe 1-2m above the pressure relief valve.
The reducer may be drilled to ensure any pressurised leakages do not damage the sensor head and to ensure gas flow across the sensor face and to allow the introduction of test gas to the sensor.
